Our event calendar fills up quickly. We encourage you to make us aware of your interest as soon as possible so we can work with you to secure your date should you choose to book the venue.
Rates
There are many options and amenities that go into planning a successful event. The information below is a general pricing guide, but we encourage you to reach out to us at info@mankatoeventcenter.com so we can learn more about your plans and provide a custom quote.
Your event date is fully secured when your contract and 50% of the rental fee is received. If your plans haven’t been completely finalized, we can also put a soft hold on your desired date with a non-refundable $250 deposit, which will be applied toward the cost of your event. If someone else elects to book the same date, you will have 24 hours to confirm or release your booking.
Weddings and/or Receptions
Monday – Thursday | $1,500
Friday, Saturday, Sunday, & Holidays | $2,500
- Venue is available Sun.–Thurs. 5:00pm to 10:00pm, Fri. & Sat. 8:00am to midnight
- Price includes the use of all table and chairs
- Price includes venue set up and cleaning
- Catering and bar service are available through our pre-approved caterer
- Stage lights and sound system with sound/lighting technician available for $25/hour
Business Meetings
Monday – Friday | $700
- Venue is available from 8:00am – 4:00pm
- Price includes venue set up and cleaning
- Catering and bar service are available through our pre-approved caterer
Parties
Monday – Thursday | $200 per hour
Friday – Sunday | $300 per hour
- Venue is available Sun.–Thurs. 5:00pm to 10:00pm, Fri. & Sat. 8:00am to midnight
- Minimum 3-hour rental
- All party quotes will include a $150 cleaning fee
- Catering and bar service are available through our pre-approved caterer
- Stage lights and sound system with sound/lighting technician available for $25/hour
